1、檢查升降舞臺散熱片是否有灰塵、異物堵塞風道，壓力的干燥壓縮空氣吹掉。

2、檢查升降舞臺印刷電路板是否有油污、導體屑附著，銅箔是否有腐蝕現象，可用毛刷清潔板件表面異物。

3、檢查升降舞臺冷卻風扇運轉是否正常，是否有異常聲音、振動異常，累計運行時間達萬小時以上，則需要更換冷卻風扇。
